Woven in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, this unique denim has a distinctive thickness and soft texture. The warp thread is made of 8-count indigo-dyed uneven yarn, and the weft thread is made of 5-count loosely twisted slub yarn, which is thicker than regular denim, giving the denim a plump, soft feel.
